- If you would like to make a purchase, please state confirmed as the ‘Subject’ and include your email and the item(s) you are interested in the ‘Message’ section. We will contact you within 48 hours and furnish you with the payment details.
- For product clarifications, please state enquiries as the ‘Subject’ and include your questions and email in the ‘Message’ Section. We will reply you in the shortest time possible.
- All orders are on a first confirm first served basis and payment is required to be in within 24 hours. Items not paid within the 24hours time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.
- Please kindly inform us if you wish to give the item a pass. Please also take note that product clarifications are not considered as Item Confirmation thus we will not set aside that item for you til we receive your Item Confirmation.
- If the item status is under Pending, it means that we are waiting payment from other buyers. You can still leave your confirmation and we will contact you should the item be made available due to dead buyers.
Item Distribution:
- Item price stated are not inclusive of postage costs unless otherwise stated.
- Heritage Plus will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mails through normal mails. Hence, we strongly recommend all customers to opt for registered mail as it is the safer distribution method.
- Registered mail are charged at an additional $2.25 on top of the item costs and normal postage costs. The amount is paid fully to Singpost for registering your parcel on their tracking system. For all registered mail, an unique tracking number will be given and you can track the whereabouts of your parcels here.
- Return address will be written on the back of each parcel to minimize the possibility of lost mail or to facilitate the return of uncollected mails.
- In the event where uncollected Registered Mails are sent back to Heritage Plus, customers are required to pay for the 2nd postage for us to send the items to you again.
- In the event if the parcel is sent via normal postage instead of registered postage, Heritage Plus would refund the monetary accepted for Registered Postage.
- In the event if any item is return to Heritage Plus because of whatsoever reason not caused by Heritage Plus, customer will have to bear the additional normal postage fee of $1.50 per item.
Wrong Item Received:
- In the event that wrong item has been sent to you, you have to inform Heritage Plus immediately.
- Meanwhile, the item must remain in its original state and it must not be worn or tried on. If the return item to Heritage Plus is found to be worn, Heritage Plus reserves the right not to exchange the correct item.
- The item must be send back to Heritage Plus using the delivery method as stated by Heritage Plus. Heritage Plus will bear the cost of sending the item back to us using the stipulated method.
- Refer to more details at "Sending back your item(s)" section.
Exchange policy:
- Measurements are provided for customers to make an informed judgement during their purchase decision making process. Heritage Plus welcomes all customers' queries so as to aid in their purchase decision process. In the event where no questions are asked and a purchase order is made, it means that you have accepted and understood the product information provided by us.
- Heritage Plus replies to customers' enquiries only serves as a recommendation for customers in their purchase decision. Customers should exercise their own discretion as to whether item(s) are suitable for themselves. Hence, Heritage Plus will not entertain requests for exchanges when items do not fit.
- In the event if you wish to voice any Refund or Exchange enquiry, it must be done so within 7 days from the payment verification email unless your parcel is not delivered within 7 days from the payment verification date. Heritage Plus reserved the rights to ignore the enquiry if it is made 7 days after the payment verification date.
Refund Policy:
All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Sending back your item(s):
- In the event your item needs to send back the Heritage Plus, the parcel has to be send to the stipulated address or return address provided on the parcel. The parcel has to address to Heritage Plus. Heritage Plus will not be responsible or liable for the parcel in the event if the parcel has been rejected if the parcel is not address to "Heritage Plus".
- All images and information provided are intellectual properties of Heritage Plus. Please kindly credit us if you need to use any of our images. We reserve the right to demand you to remove our images should you fail to credit us.
- Heritage Plus will make every possible effort to accurately represent the colours of our items. However, due to different colours resoultions on different computer screens, there might be some discrepancies in the interpretation of the colours of our products. Please exercise your own discretion before making a purchase.
